About Me

I was born in Taipei, Taiwan then raised in Hawaii, Southern California, and summers back in Taipei. I currently reside in Charleston SC, which I love. 

Originally an architect, I have taken my love of the art of architecture and years of problem solving skills into my contemporary works bringing about a perfect union of my two passions.

My evolution from architecture to pure abstraction was inevitable in that the Art of architecture was my true inspiration.  My work today is that perfect blend of the influence of the manmade and natural environment’s effect on how I express my feelings on canvas. The parameters that I use to create my pieces illustrates my attempt to tame our chaotic world into a more beautiful place.
