Larry Moore: Principles of Abstraction
Finding your Authentic Voice
When: 2025 July 11, 12,13 & 14 Friday thru Monday
Time: 9:30am to 4:30pm
Where: Meyer Vogl Gallery Daniel Island, 250 River Landing Drive, Daniel Island SC
How much: $745
All Levels classes focus on the 7 tenets of design, new ways to think about making art, and learning a system to develop one’s authentic voice. Open to all levels of ability through an understanding of color and paint mechanics (layering, mediums, brushwork, etc) will help greatly.
The first 2 02 3 days will be spent doing small studies, you can go up in size and switch to your favorite surface/medium on the last day.
For this class, you can work in acrylics, oil or goucahe. You can work in either medium, however Larry recommends working on watercolor paper.
A list of materials will be provided after signing up.
